Welcome to Beginning Art: Whether your child has completed Introduction to Art or is just getting started, Beginning Art is the perfect next step to help them continue growing as a young artist. This dynamic two-year program is designed to build your child’s confidence with a wide range of art tools while deepening their understanding of more advanced artistic skills and vocabulary.
Through hands-on projects and creative exploration, your child will express themselves in new ways and develop a stronger grasp of key artistic concepts. They’ll work with a variety of materials and techniques in a supportive, inspiring environment that nurtures creativity, encourages discovery, and helps them thrive as a growing artist.
This program is built on the belief that every child is an artist in progress: we nurture curiosity, celebrate risk taking, and guide students as they discover and develop new skills. By the end of their second year in Beginning Art, they’ll have a solid creative foundation and the confidence to take on the exciting challenges of our four-year comprehensive art curriculum.
