Heart of the Hometown: GBCC Annual Meeting & Business Awards
Our Annual Meeting & Business Awards celebration brings together the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce membership and community leaders to recognize the dedication, commitment, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit throughout member businesses and the community. The evening also features our Annual Meeting, where members approve the new Board of Directors by Roberts Rules of Order, recognize outgoing Board accomplishments, and hear an overview of GBCC goals for the year. This creative and festive "Oscar-style" gala honors the year's standout businesses and leaders while offering entertainment, appetizers, a cash bar, and opportunities to network with fellow business owners, community leaders, and elected officials. Over 300 attendees gather for one special night, usually held in March at Danversport.
Business Showcase
The Business Showcase is an expo-style, networking event held annually to provide an opportunity to fully promote your companies’ products and services. With 50 vendors, the event serves as an opportunity to create highly interactive experiences to engage new and loyal customers. This is a B2B and B2C event that offers give-a-ways, tastings from local restaurants and breweries, appetizers, and a cash bar. Both members and non-members may showcase, but at different costs. For many years the event was held at the North Shore Music Theatre, and we are grateful for that collaboration. In 2022 the event will be held on Wednesday, May 4th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm, in the grand ballroom of the Danversport Waterfront in Danvers, MA.
Holiday Concert with Dirk Hillyer Festival Orchestra
For the first time in forever, join your fellow GBCC members, family, and friends for our all-new Holiday PoPs Concert with the renown Dirk Hillyer Festival Orchestra Saturday, November 28th, 2026. Enjoy a big city experience locally and enjoy all your holiday favorites. Fun for the whole family. The BEST way to kick off the holiday season in Beverly!

Golf Tournament
Ferncroft Country Club welcomes GBCC golf enthusiasts normally the second Monday in June! Ferncroft blends a rich history of golfing excellence, with preeminent service in a family-friendly, first-class, private club. As a Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed championship course, Ferncroft has a storied history, most notably in hosting the LPGA Boston five Classic from 1980 – 1990. This is a great, fun way to get outside, give your clients, colleagues, and staff an opportunity to network and have some fun! The cost to play covers your 18 holes of golf, cart, and lunch. The event is always played the Monday after Father’s Day with a 7:30am shotgun. Includes cart, lunch and prizes for the top two teams.
