Ferncroft Country Club is located on 287 bucolic, gently rolling acres in Middleton, MA. Just 16 miles north of downtown Boston yet a world away, Ferncroft blends a rich heritage of golfing excellence with preeminent service in a family-friendly, first-class private club that cares deeply about its local community.
In addition to an excellent practice facility, Ferncroft's Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Championship Course provides a fun and challenging test, and a par three Executive Course offers a relaxing diversion, a comfortable place to learn the game, and a chance for a quick round carrying only a few clubs.
Ferncroft was host of the LPGA Boston Five Classic from 1980-1990 in what was one of the most well attended events of that era. Winners included Amy Alcott, Judy Dickinson, Sandra Palmer, Jane Geddes and Donna Caponi who later made Ferncroft her home club. Ferncroft has hosted events for the Massachusetts Golf Association and Women's Golf Association of Massachusetts, along with numerous USGA and NEPGA events, plus the Junior Drive, Chip and Putt Championship.
Outside of golf, Ferncroft also offers all the amenities expected of one of the North Shore's finest clubs. For racquets enthusiasts there are clay and Har-Tru tennis courts, along with pickleball courts. The pool provides a beautiful location for both adults and children to take a dip or relax from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the fitness center has a complete selection of machines for use. The club is also delighted to host your wedding reception and ceremony, giving you memories to treasure forever. No two weddings at Ferncroft CC are alike.
