ABOUT US

Krupsky & Company, LLP is a public accounting firm located in Beverly, Massachusetts. While we emphasize tax issues affecting closely held businesses and their owners, we also provide a full range of accounting and consulting services. We provide accounting services including preparation, compilation, and review engagements, as well as accounting and bookkeeping assistance. Consulting engagements include expert witness testimony and litigation support services, tax representation at the audit and appeals levels, and general business advice and counsel.

Wayne Krupsky founded Wayne E. Krupsky, CPA P.C.—the firm that would ultimately become Krupsky & Company, LLP—in Boston in 1984. After working for a number of years in public accounting and industry, Wayne wanted to form a firm devoted to his core ideals.

​Over the years, Krupsky+Co has grown a diverse family of quality clients who like the idea that we answer the phone when they call. We know their business and personal finances intimately, and listen to what they have to say. We’re extremely proud to be their trusted advisor – it requires a level of commitment that is difficult to fulfill, but no role is more satisfying.

​In 2012, Wayne’s son Marc joined the firm, following the same motivation that had caused Wayne to strike out on his own nearly 30 years prior. Krupsky & Company, LLP seeks to build on the values that Wayne has held to from the beginning, putting the client first.
