I am an employment      lawyer who combines practical legal guidance with empathy and clear      communication. I represent employers in litigation involving      discrimination, wage payment, and non-compete, and other claims. I also      work closely with business owners and HR professionals to develop and      enforce workplace policies, navigate leave and accommodation issues,      handle discipline and terminations, and resolve disputes strategically. I      love working with small and mid-sized businesses doing their best to      navigate Massachusetts’ complex web of employment laws.
